Farrukh Aliyev was born in 1985. He received his bachelor's degree in journalism from Baku State University and completed his master's degree in international relations and diplomacy at Uppsala University.

He also earned a second master's degree in business management from Warwick Business School. Currently, he serves as the chief executive director of Future Lab under the umbrella of PAŞA Holding LLC. Farrukh Aliyev joined PAŞA Holding in 2015, initially leading corporate communications.
