Teymur Mirzabeyli was born in 1978 in Sumgayit, Azerbaijan. He completed his education at the Nizami Ganjavi Technical and Natural Sciences Lyceum in 1995. From 1995 to 2002, he studied at Azerbaijan Medical University, where he obtained a degree in internal medicine (therapist). Later, between 2008 and 2011, he earned a Master’s degree in Management from the Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC).

Teymur Mirzabeyli has held various key positions throughout his career, including Deputy Medical Director, SPS Area Health Manager, Health and Industrial Hygiene Advisor, Health Officer, Deputy HSSE Manager (Health, Industrial Hygiene, and HSSE Compliance), Director of Medical Insurance Department, and Health Coordinator. He has also served as a lecturer at UNEC and Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU).

Currently, Teymur Mirzabeyli holds the position of Head of the Medical Activity Organization Department at the Administration of Regional Medical Divisions (TƏBİB) while also working as a lecturer at AzTU.
